When Paul Martin's American Grill came to us they were in the middle of going through a brand refresh. Their brand had dark & moody overtones and was looking for a change. We needed to identify overlooked opportunities that reinforced their unique point of difference and use that to help tell their story. It was such an honor to work with one of the Paul Martin brands and I will always be grateful to have been able to partner with them to help breath new life into this amazing restaurant.
The site design began with developing a vision and strategy using customer, market and competitor research to obtain insights into what the biggest and most important opportunities for product development were. Our goal was to ensure that what get's built is the right thing for the company that would also create a cohesive experience for the user. I feel really happy with how the vision I had throughout this project came to life, as was the client.
